Lemon juice is recommended for making lemonade, but it has other very interesting uses as well; it can be used for preparing Mexico's famous "Cheladas" (beer with lemon juice and ice in a salted glass) and "Micheladas" (beer with lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and ice in a salted glass). It can also be used for cooking: seafood cocktails, dressings, desserts, and any other recipes you wish to make.
